Conference Idea

Contemporary socio-economic and political processes are increasing uncertainty and risk in the operation of both commercial and public sector entities. These changing conditions require continuous monitoring and searching for innovative solutions to current problems faced by managers and decision-makers. The aim of the conference is to facilitate the exchange of views, knowledge, and results from ongoing research. The thematic scope of the conference encompasses the broad range of contemporary challenges arising from changes affecting processes in the fields of economy, management, and technology. The conference is addressed to scholars in management, economics, and engineering, as well as practitioners and representatives of national and local public administration.

We warmly invite researchers, practitioners, experts, doctoral candidates, and students working in the fields of management science, economics, technology, engineering, and the social and organisational aspects of contemporary organisations to participate in the conference.

Conference Format

  • Presentation of papers and discussions in thematic sessions
  • Presentation of papers in poster format

Conference Language

The conference will be conducted in English, with the option to present papers in Polish.

Students (reduced fee) 100 PLN 150 PLN
The fees do not include accommodation.
The reduced fee does not include the gala dinner.


The fee includes:

  • participation in conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks;
  • conference materials and a certificate of attendance;
  • gala dinner celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Faculty of Management and Computer Modelling (students do not participate).

The deadline for registration using the online form on the Conference website and conference fee payment is July 31, 2026.
In case of cancellation after September 5, 2026, the fee will not be refunded.
